Return Policy
Indecisive has a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can email ogindecisive@gmail.com with the subject Return Request.
If your return is accepted you have 48 hours to post your items. You may return your items through whichever postage service you choose, please understand that returns are your responsibility until they arrive back to Indecisive! Therefore, please ensure you have proof of postage (I recommend tracked so you can see where your return is but this is not essential) and that the return is packaged properly so that it doesn't get damaged. The cost of returning these goods is at your expense therefore you will not be reimbursed for the postage charge. Items must be returned via a postal service

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are wanting your items back again you will be responsible for the delivery fee.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
